An experienced BenchMark Incentives program manager is assigned as the key contact for your incentive and/or meeting. He/she is responsible for coordinating all pre-program design, on-site management, and post-program services in partnership with your company's key contact. Your project manager heads up an in-house team composed of IT professionals, graphic designers and air transportation specialists, all with one goal in mind... creating an unforgettable event for your organization from start to finish.
GUEST REGISTRATION, DATA MANAGEMENT & EVENT APPS
We register guests via a custom website, designed to meet your requirements. We can capture any information, from guest nicknames to their shirt sizes. Our basic custom site includes a welcome page, a program itinerary, FAQ page and registration page. We can also include blog updates and links to destination and hotel sites, so guests are knowledgeable about their destination prior to their departure. Once they've registered, guests receive an immediate electronic confirmation. The information collected from guests is downloaded to our comprehensive database, which allows us to provide flexible data management and detailed reporting to your company as needed.
We can also create a custom branded mobile app for your event to engage attendees, create community and encourage participation. It can include personalized agendas and directories as well as exhibitor and speaker lists. Relevant notifications can be sent to attendees' phones and one-of-a-kind social games can boost engagement.
AIR TRANSPORTATION
Since our air transportation team deals directly with your biggest asset, your trip winners and/or meeting attendees, our air professionals have been trained to focus on service. It is crucial that your guests be treated courteously and that every effort is made to meet their needs. We don't "farm out" your group's air reservations. BenchMark's air transportation department contracts the best group airfares based on your attendees' home cities. We are proud of our "in-house" team of professionals and we are sure that your guests will notice and appreciate the quailty of service they receive from us.
GRAPHIC DESIGN & COPYWRITING
The BenchMark Incentives' design team has years of experience creating promotional campaigns, innovative guest mailings and on-site trip materials. Some capabilities include: custom logo design; promotional and motivational assistance through copywriting and direct mail campaigns; room gift sourcing; custom on-site signage and banners. We also create custom on-site collateral such as name badges, welcome packets, hourly itineraries, special notices, gift cards, menus, surveys, etc.
